The Workforce ADU Program is a new, more accessible, option for property owners. Qualified applicants are awarded a grant to cover all costs for the design, permitting, and construction of a new Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), along with full project management services to ensure project success. In exchange, the new ADU must be rented to a qualified rent-burdened workforce tenant. A win-win for all!
